Stormateeca operates an online platform that enables users to design, create, and sell custom T-shirts and various merchandise.

We strictly forbid the listing, distribution, or sale of any products that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other legally protected materials.

If you believe that content available on Stormateeca violates your intellectual property rights, please follow the reporting procedures outlined below.


A. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

  1. Stormateeca will take appropriate action upon receiving a valid notification of alleged infringement, which may include removing or restricting access to the identified content (“Content”).
  2. Users who repeatedly or intentionally violate intellectual property laws may have their accounts permanently suspended.
    If you believe that material hosted on Stormateeca infringes your rights, please submit a formal infringement notice containing:
    • A detailed description of the copyrighted or protected work, including registration numbers if available.
    • Information identifying the infringing content, including:
      a) An explanation of how the material infringes your rights.
      b) The exact URL and specific location of the content on Stormateeca.
    • Your complete contact details, including name, physical address, phone number, and email address.
    • A statement made under penalty of perjury confirming that the use of the material is unauthorized by the rights holder, their representative, or applicable law.
    • A declaration that the information provided is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
    • Your physical or electronic signature.

B. Actions Taken After a Notice Is Submitted

  • Stormateeca will promptly remove or disable access to the reported content.
  • The user responsible for uploading or listing the content will be notified of the action taken.
  • Accounts involved in repeated intellectual property violations may be suspended or permanently terminated.

C. Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error or that you have legal authorization to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice including the following information:

  • A clear description of the removed content and its previous location on Stormateeca.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury confirming that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your full contact information, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in your local region, or if outside the United States, the jurisdiction where Stormateeca operates.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

If the counter-notice is valid, Stormateeca may forward it to the original complainant. Unless legal action is initiated, the removed content may be restored within 10–14 business days.


Please note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly submits a false infringement claim may be held liable for damages, including legal costs and attorney fees.
