
How to Return an Item
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect in size, or does not match the product description or displayed images, you may return it to the address below:

Return Guidelines
– If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
– For other approved returns or exchanges, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and accessories. Returns can be initiated via our website or by email.
– Please note: Customized, personalized, and final-sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.
For defective items reported after the 30-day return period, we may offer a repair or replacement in place of a refund.
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of purchase. Orders may not be canceled once production has begun.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

Sale Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Gift Returns
If the item was received as a gift, store credit will be issued for the value of the return. If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
