Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you (when available) so you can monitor the delivery status online.

Multiple Orders:

Orders placed on the same day are processed individually and cannot be combined into a single shipment.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses:

At this time, we do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. Please place separate orders for each delivery location.

Address Changes:

Shipping address changes cannot be made once an order has been processed for more than 4 hours. If you need to update your address, please contact us at contact.stormateeca@gmail.com within the 4-hour window after placing your order.
